No assistance in resolving the issue

Im very annoyed with Telkom at the moment!

I asked that my lines get ported and they just decidedto cancel the lines.

We are running a school and as you know its enrollment season for the new year. We have been on the phone and at the store for two days already and there is just no assistance at all.

I'm losing business because of Telkom!
