NO ASSISTANCE FROM TELKOM AS MY LINES DO NOT WOR****!

We have had a problem with Telkom now for the last two weeks. I have been phoning Telkom and every time the person will merely take a message and make a note on my account and /or give me a reference. I phoned another telkom branch in Pretoria where they told me my line is working. The telkom line DOES NOT work and you cannot use the telephone nor can I use my ADSL line. NOTHING WORKS. I DONT GET ANY JOY FROM TELKOM. They want us to pay for our account but they dont want to provide the service. They say they will sent a technician out but i am still waiting... no answer no reply... nothing!

We have to phone the customer line 10210 but i receive no joy. I went to the telkom office at Trans Oranje / Church Street, Pretoria they just dont want to assist.
