No assistance from Telkom and struggle to cancel service
Trying to cancel a "****le" since 2018. Meanwhile the bill is escalating and also handed over to debt collectors. After numerous calls and emails to Telkom since 2018, nobody valued my query/problem enough to try and listen, read my emails and assist me. Pathetic customer service!!!
