NO ASSISTANCE FROM TELKOM

I have been requesting a settlement letter for over a year now and nobody is prepared to assist me, the agent kept me on hold for 30 minutes and then dropped the call. I called again and Zanele Mashego assisted me kindly but was also unable to assist me. I requested for management to call me but i am still waiting for someone to call me and provide me with paid up letter . This is urgent and was stressed to the agents SUPER ANGRY !! Will never use TELKOM again !
