No assistance from Telkom

Good Day

About 2 Years ago Telkom phoned me in regards to a deal for a Wireless router with sim card , I haven't used this router for more than a year and a half. I phoned Telkom so that they can assist me in closing this account , but with no luck they can't seem to help me.The Telkom service is just terrible and there is no option to close an account.

I am paying for something that is no use to me , I will NEVER deal with Telkom ever again since they can't assist you with anything and when the service providers can't help you they just drop the call.
