No assistance

The service I have received from Telkom has been terrible. I have called numerous times to get assistance and I was told that the manager, Lungi Cele was going to call me back but she did not do so. I called again this morning, I was told that Blessing Khoza will call me and he too has not called me. Today, I spoke to Lerato and Mboni but have not been able to get clear answers just a lousy “sorry”. No one seems to know who to contact, who to ask etc, it actually seems as though the staff have no idea what they are doing. Really so trusting dealing with Telkom.
