No assistance after promises and reference numbers

After nearly three months and countless reference numbers my queries have still not been dealt with. This all started when I called your helpline to enquire about how I would go about cancelling the data component of my Telkom package. I was told that I would need to fill out and form and then email it back. I did this and received no response (Note that during this time I had acquired services with another service provider and therefore was not making use of the Telkom data package). After receiving no response and then getting a bill which charged us for the data component I tried calling again and again and got reference number after reference number with nothing ever materializing. I then posted on Hello Peter and got a response. I was asked to email my details with the form I had I had filled out. Unsurprisingly, nothing materialized. I then called again and was told that I could have actually cancelled over the phone and then got charged again for the package which I had cancelled. I then asked about being reimbursed or credited for the months in which I had cancelled the data and had not made use of it and was told that it would be passed on to the manager and that they would be in contact. But not to my surprise the next month I was charged again! I visited the Telkom store, the website and the customer and no one has been able to help me. The last straw was a couple of days ago where I finally managed to speak to someone. I explained my issue, this person sighed and but the phone down. This is very unprofessional to say the least. I am not in a position to be paying for a package which I am not making use of. I would appreciate it if you could escalate this to a point where it will finally be sorted and I can be reimbursed.
