NO ASSISTANCE

Took out a Telkom deal via Mondo. After many issues eventually my sim card has been ported. Now I am still struggling to get the second sim card ported. Sending me from one person and branch to another. Many phone calls. Everybody promising assistance...... then it stops. DOES SOMEONE KNOW HOW TO PORT A SIM PLEASE?? This should not be as difficult as brain surgery??
