Telkom Rustenburg Waterfall mall, we were standing in line before the branch opened. When the branch open we found that only two consultants were assisting, no other consultants available. It took us more than two hours to get to the front of the line. We were standing 9th in line.

The problem is still not resolved. On a daily basis the line of customers are so long that they end up standing outside the telkom branch. With the amount of customers, only 2 to 3 consultants cannot provide proper service.
