No Assiatance!!!!!No Reponses!!!
<p>Its is now 6th Jan , i cancelled my accounts on the 28/11/2016 the notice period ended on 28/12/2016</p> <p>my account sim cards are still connected!!! why is it such a hard thing???? i have had billing issues since June 2016 which only got resloved in november now to cancel it seems i am having the same issue.!!!!</p>

but this procedure has been done several times already........ twice by the Branch and twice by the call centre. with no responses or work done as of the 28/11/2016 ,
i do hope your query log has more urgent attention to cancellations because i have logged it 4 times with no results.
