No answers on General problem

Since yesterday morning we had no internet even our landline is not working and when you phone Telkom customer service all they can tell you is that it's a general problem they can't even tell you how long it's going to take to resolve the problem. One of my friends has been having the same problem for 2 weeks now and They also can't help him. Really bad service
