No answer to calls and out of stock

Our ADSL router needed to be changed. We tried contacting the Boulders and Greenstone Telkom but both shops do not answer their calls, we then went in to be told they don't have stock. We later found out that no one has stock. If staff could just answer their telephone lines, it would save customers the effort of going into the store. And to think Telkom deals with telephone lines and they can't even answer theirs!
