no answer regarding complaint

HI <br> <br> I have an ADSL wifi router with Telkom <br> <br> for the past week i have been experiencing incredibly slow speeds that i cannot even log onto my emails.<br> <br> i have attempted to call every day to log this fault so it can be fixed and every single day i stay on hold for over an hour with no one ever answering the phone <br> <br> i desperately need someone to contact me so that a technician can come out and see what the issue is as i am paying for something that i cannot use <br> <br> thanks
