No Answer On Telkom helpline

No customer service, at all.

Everytime i call the Telkom support line I wait no less than 20 min on the phone, before i get any assistance. The waiting time is ridiculous.

Worse i decided to go to a Telkom Shop for assistance, got there and I was reffered to the Telkom Support Iine and subjected to a 30min waiting time.

This very costly for me as I dont use an Telkom number when I making these calls

I am sorry this is not acceptable all, you need to hire more consultants for call centre.
