No answer on store phone

I have called days and days on end and NO ONE ever answers the phone at the Telkom Kiosk at V&A Waterfront Cape Town. Because of this, I have had to drive there 3 times in order to get assistance. Everytime I am there, they confirm the number I have is correct, yet still no one answers.
