No answer on lack of stock

I app**** for a contract and the agent stated that the delivery would be done in 5-7 business days. Thereafter I received an sms to say I’ll get my device whenever they have stock…how the hell is this acceptable?

If I ask when will you be getting stock, surely you should be able to tell me because you’re ordering the stock you are missing? How do you sell something you don’t have? This is unacceptable. I’ve been a loyal Telkom customer for a while and this is the first time I’ve experienced it.

I want an answer on when stock will be arriving and when the device will be delivered to my doorstep!
