No answer on Customer Support Share Call ***

<p>Hopefully I'll get some sort of response from this....</p> <p> </p> <p>This would be the second time I phone Telkom’s customer support on ********** 357 and after waiting 19min today, I just realised that Telkom doesn’t need any customers.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is so sad, I’m trying to assist an elder lady with an technical problem with her land line phone and Telkom just won’t help... </p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks Telkom for showing us you care.</p>
