No answer / No Stock!!
I Have 3 Telkom Mobile contracts, and 1 use due for upgrade from March. Everytime I am interested in a phone, Telkom don't have stock!! Try for almost a month to get a Huawei P8 lite, but with no luck!! Call centre 180 cant help, Kolonnade haven't receive stock, and I was given Telkom Kolonnade retail Park and Wonderparks numbers, but they don't answer their phones!! Is Telkom an communication company?? There is no communication!! Must I just cancel this contract, and move to MTN or Vodacom?? My second line are also due for upgrade next month. What must I do?? Please call me urgently!! Raymund-***
