No answer from Telekom call center

My wifi rooter hasn't bee working for the past 5days after wev had load iv tried calling Telekom customer service I end up holding for an operator for over 15 to 20min and still no answer. It's so damn frustrating all I want is to log a call and get a solution but no one is even answering this is so disgusting for a service provider if our calls won't be answered then give us alternative ways to log calls and get out quiries sorted
