No answer at the Call Centre

I am absolutely, utterly disgusted and frustrated with the type of service you idiots provide. I have been trying to contact your stupid Call Centre for the past 5 days without any success in reaching anyone. I've hanging on for 3 to 4 hours at a time and when I finally get through to another department a idiot stupid #sshole transfer me to another Department where I again have to hang on forever.<br> <br> I moved my data line and data to MWEB and they cant speed up my line because I am in a bunble with you. I want you to unbundle me ASAP. I already requested you f#cks to do so on the 23rd of January 2015 but no success. Ref no: ***A.<br> <br> You better sort this out ASAP!!!
