No Answer at telkom

Telkom?<br> I don't know why you guys even have a call centre, as I have tried calling your 10210 number a few time, which was not answered the 1st time I held for about 25min and the other time was 02-12-2016 which I held for 16min and then again 14min with no answer, so please if you ever get this please get your call centre to pick up.<br> Then why are we paying for 10meg line but when we test it we never ever get 4megs.<br> This is called false advertising and living up too your responsibilities, which brings in the customer protections act, as you are not giving me the customer what I paid for.<br> So please sort this out.<br> <br> Ewald
