no answer at call centre
Waiting for more than 10 min on multiple occasions without getting an answer from call centre. When I do get through I am put through from one person to next. When transferred there is dead silence on the other side for minutes at end. Not even a on hold tune present. My problem still not sorted and nearest branch is more than 45min drive away from me.
