No answer at call center 10213

Telkom service is hopeless. No one answers calls to 10213. I qualify for a pensioners discount on line rental which was not mentioned to me when I app**** for the service and are being overcharged for the past two years. Telkom service is out dated as no email addresses are supp****. They have not realized it is much more productive to reply to emails than keeping phone lines engaged and frustrating clients by having to select various options when phoning only to find calls are not answered. At their shops one has to have much patience to stand in a queue and wait to be serviced.
