No answer

I have been on hold for close on 8 minutes to try and find out about an advert you are currently running on a Huwaiai P8 and no one is coming back to me. I have tried getting feedback from Mathapelo Daphn Khubalo but she insists she cant help me. after some arguing, she finally said she would give me info on the contract which is all that I want. This is not a very good start to someone becoming a first time Telkom client.
