No answer
I have tried on various occasions to call the call centre to cancel my ADSL subscripton, you hold on forever and then just gets cut off. I have written emails but did not get any response. They closed our telkom outlet in Port Shepstone and just left us with telkom mobile. Our closest Telkom store is about 100kms from here. I just want to cancel the Adsl and keep the weekend call line. I do not know how to otherwise get hold of them as I do not want to drive 200kms to and from the closest store, as fuel is expensive as well as the r & m on you vehicle as well as the time to travel all the way. They are realy incompotent as I am not the only person that cannot get hold of them and cannt believe they closed the telkom store, which was always busy, and left us with a white elephant of a mobile store where you rarely see anyone going into.
