no answer 7 days in a row!!!!

The first time i called to place my order the consultant was very helpful and i orderd my package with no problems, i then was advised i would get a respons within 7 to 14 working days. It has been longer than that and iv recieved no sms or any feedback upon my order. I've been calling the callcentre for 7 days already and i never get through to a consultant!!!! To find out whats the status of my order, i hold the line for more than a half an hour each time, i myself work in a callcentre and we do not let cust0mers wait this long, i need to know whats the status of my order!!!
