No answer

Hi We recently and with recently i mean three or four weeks ago :( app**** for the Big Deal of R599 per month at Telkom ,which ended the 31 January 2018. Upon phoning the number 10213 for the very first time a lady informed me that there is no record of our order and that the deal is almost over, I should rather go to the shop where i app**** to inquire, when i went to the shop they showed me that it was loaded and that i need to phone the 10213 number again and find out what the delay is.

Firstly i do not see why i should be following up on my order and not the person who helped me but never the less I have been phoning the 10213 number since last week and to date no answer, I swear my phone bill will be extremely high the way I have been holding for the "next available agent". I even tried the method of chatting to an agent who in return told me she cant assist with this inquiry i have to phone 10213 .

Pathetic service if you ask me, if i remember correctly that good customer service meant i will go out of my way to assist the customer or to even make a sale. I highly doubt we will be making any orders or deals with Telkom in future.
