No After sales service from Telkom

I have a 2 year data (ADSL) contract with Telkom and this service has not been operational for 4 weeks now. They send SMS's promising to come repair the problem but to date nothing. Over and above this, they charge me interest when I pay a day late but have sent me an invoice for this month even though I have not had service for a month.
