NO AFTER SALES SERVICE!!!!!

Nobody seems to work at the HELLkom call centre. Waited over an hour but no answer. I am experiencing internet connectivity problems with my modem for the last month. Sent numerous emails, sms's and made a few 100 calls to your call centre but NOBODY EVER answers. I REGRET EVER TAKING UP THIS CONTRACT. I again experience this problem this morning. I eventually get hold of someone after 45 minutes then they transfer me to another department, I advised that I was holding for 45 minutes only to be told 'I will not wait long' -- held for another 30 minutes before I cut the call as nobody answered. DO YOU KNOW WHATS THE MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE???<br> MY INTERNET IS NOT WORKING - YOU ARE COSTING ME MONEY - FIX IT!!!
