No after sale service from Telkom
We have app**** for uncapped wifi over amonth ago had to pay a R700 installation fee and did so on the 25thof Oktober 2017 until today our product hasn't been installed. We have had 4 missed appointments where they were supposed to come but never showed! We complained many times and each time they had excuses first the information on there system wasn't correct, took almost 2 weeks just to get that fixed then there was a problem with the street box, now apparently the line in our area can take 10mbps like wr app**** for only 4 mbps this was the excuse over a week ago still nothing. I am fed up this is totally unacceptable!!! What are we to do

At no surprise Telkom is a no show for the 7th missed appointment I would like my R700 installation fee bac****! And would rather use another service provider Telkom doesn't care about there client only care about selling a product and that is were it ends
