No adsl line off telkom no joy

Hi our adsl line is off from the 15th of October my reg no. 92ctk161019 when I phone telkom they put you on hold I phoned out about r200 but no jou. When you get through just be put on hold again we need our adsl line and telkom is not providing a service. Can you assist us in this regard.
