no adsl line

I still have no adsl line installed been waiting almost 3 months now. Order *** ref sm214686. I received 2 installation dates already waited both times no tech showed up not even a phone call to apologise for being a no show and wasting my time. Both sms stated that a tech has been dispatched the last date was today 8 of April 2016. Thank you for making a fool of me. I hope you're ceo can see this. I must pay for installation and service like this. And my phone was at my side the whole time so don't blame me and say your tech phoned and I didn't answer because that's a lie.
