No ADSL , just lies

telkom asked me to pay R700 deposit to install my adsl, i did without delay and i was promised a technician will come on 2 October 2017 to install the adsl. no technician come and not even an apology or Explanation. after alot of calls to their call centre i received another sms saying he will come today(25 October 2017) surprise surprice nobody come. two days staying home for no one to show up is pathetic service and no Explanation. its been almost 3 months after paying and still no ADSL
