No ADSL for me but my neighbours have it????

Taking me for a ride. After 48 emails (each with reply from telkom) 37 phone calls (that I have made and 8 calls from telkom and still no internet or land line at my house! This is such bad service from telkom. Everytime a different story. "Yes sir you can get ADSL" then " sorry sir no ADSL" then again "yes sir and welcome to Telkom".... Then you get my address then you don't....today it's 64days and I'm still waiting and evertime I have to follow up to find out what is going on. ALL my neighbours (5 of them) have active phone lines and 3 of them have ADSL with Telkom). So what am I to do now???? Think it's time to take to the newspapers and magazines and maybe contact my lawyer.... Now I had it with Telkom....can't say bad service as there is no service from them.
