No Adsl after two weeks

I app**** for an open line in order to have adsl installed at my residence. The line was opened but after two weeks of waiting the adsl is still not active. After numerous calls to the call centre several excuses where made. Firstly the address was wrong but no bothered to contact me. I then went to a store bcoz i could not get through to the call centre, the lady then told me the order was never send to the technical department. Still to date im waiting for feedback wrt my order but nothing. I just wish there was another company besides Telkom that could offer us this service.
