No ADSL

Not even worth one star! Landline & ADSL out since 19 April??? with promises to send an urgent notice to the technicians. The technicians have not even be notified!!!

The fault is now with the dispatch centre and has been escalated, requesting that a technician urgently attend to the fault. No ETR is available as yet.

Igsaan Another 2 weeks have gone by since my 1st complaint! Still NOTHING!!! I drove 40 km to the nearest Telkom Shop on Wednesday and drove 40 km back will a handful of empty promises. NO technician, NO nothing! I do however receive plenty of ads to please shop at Telkom. Ba!
