No Activation after a month!

Hi, to all who have had problems with phone contracts. This one take the cake. <br> <br> Firstly, I tried to upgrade my phone at Pavilion but I was told there was no stock, understandable. I was then told I would receive my phone in a week when they receive stock. All understandable. <br> <br> When I returned for my phone, it hadn't arrived yet for another week, until I found out that they had actually LOST my upgrade forms, personal documents that I can sue them over losing. They apologized but still couldn't help me. I gave this up and went to Westwood mall as I called them and they had the phone in stock. <br> <br> Now, I filled out the relevant forms, again! And told them not to lose them.. They then proceeded to tell me that I could not collect my phone or activate the contract due to a glitch on the system that only the IT department could fix. So i was told to wait a week and it would be sorted. SO now after 2 and a half weeks I had to wait another week. I did, they didnt end up fixing the problem but agreed to give me the phone without any contract activation, meaning I have no data. <br> <br> I now have a phone that I have been buying data for and still not activated after over a month!!!!!!
