No Accountability Whatsoever

I have a data contract with Telkom and i had issues for the past two months where the data just disappear without being used, i escalated this matter and waited till my hair turned grey for the feedback until now!. i then did an upgrade for a new phone, it was back and fourth due to the address issues they couldn't deliver my parcel no one told me this from Telkom i was assured all is well i am the one who is always calling them to follow up, my queries are being closed without being attended to when i call i am told the reference is blank meaning someone just closed the query without resolution. This one takes the cake !! i called to follow up on my query and Nontobeko Ntuli picked up and for some reason she couldn't help me at the time so i asked her to call me back when she could ,she blatantly refused. No accountability nor professionalism in this business.!!
