No accountability in relocating a Telkom line

I have requested for a telkom line (tel no. ********** 093) with a Panasonic switch board to be relocated to a new business premises 10 meters away from my existing premises. Telkom reference number:A ********** 7. Logged a call in September 2017. I have emailed and called Telkom and went to a Telkom store at N1 city. Each Telkom unit advises me differently and I have been pushed and shoved with no response!
