NO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKES , WORST PROVIDER

i have contracts with telkom to make the story short the wrong contract was cancelled, they did not cancel the one that was due for upgrade but cancelled the one that i was still paying and going to still pay till next year, i called the call centre and asked them to rectify and reinstate the contract and cancel the correct one. this was never done , instead been getting sms that i am being handed over to collections , now this morning i find out that my current existing 2 numbers have been blocked because i don't have the R2900 that they are requesting for the mistake that they made.
