No Accountability

order placed for landline on the 11th November 2022. Still waiting on the order. Ref no: CSN11687. I called in, in last week. Spoke to Nombuso - says "order processed, but not dispatched. I will call back" Still waiting on Call back. Messages were sent on FB on the 3rd of January no response.

This is unacceptable. There is no accountability or follow up. Telkom does not even have any complaints portal that one can report to.
