No accountability

Terrible service, asked for a relocation of my fiber on the 3rd of jan, its the 26th and still waiting, no number for complaint, e-mail send only gets a responds that they received it and that its pending, told me there is a 7-10 working day waiting time, its nearly 4 weeks now.
