On 15 November 2020 I visit the Telkom Shop in Mountain Mill shopping Mall my request was to cancel my landline (voice) and my mobile number which was a Telkom mix to migrate this simcard to prepaid. I send about 100 e mails to the Telkom shop in Worcester Mall + Fix Retensions Escalation to make sure that the mobile number must not be cancelled but must be change to prepaid I was even given a reference number ***A that my request and query was requested to the relevant department. Nothing was done and my mobile number was cancelled on 15/12/2020.
