I'm giving Telkom 0.0 *. They refused me to upgrade because they said I'm owin them 1c and the worst part I didn't even know that account that owes 1c. I spoke to almost 15 different people from customer service, nobody could help. There's only one Lady helped me at last and I'm only going to give her 10**********. It didn't even take her longtime to solve my problem. her Name is Ayanda Shezi. Dear Telkom we need more people like Ayanda to get more customers. I thank to Ayanda.
