nightmare trying to cancel telkom account

been trying to cancel account with Telkom for more than 3 months now. was told to cancel on website, which I done . and Telkom still debiting my account 3 months later. I have now cancelled debit orders with the bank . And refuse to pay Telkom account moving forward.
