Nightmare telkom account

I received a nightmare Telkom account. After further investigation I discovered they charged me double for my fibre internet. Not R1704-00 but R3408-00, with the pro-rata it came to R4362-00. Even worse the statement claimed I received a free D-Link modem which I did NOT get. The Modems Zyxel and LIT boxes I did get was supposed to be free and on a 24 month contract. Now I see it is on a 24 month payment plan.
