Nightmare of Telkom

I canceled my line a year ago and Telkom keeps billing me even after I received confirmation codes of its cancelation. I have phoned the call centre many times only to be ignored. It is impossible to cancel a contract that we have anyway finished and was supposed to be a month to month basis.
