Nightmare Celphone Upgrade

I went to Telkom store in Festival Mall Kempton Park to upgrade to a Huawei P8 the agent informed me that they do not have stock and I told him that I am prepared to wait. After I left they processed the upgrade on a P8 Lite which I said I do not want. This started on the 11th of March 2016 I went back on 18th of March and was informed they can not help me I must come back when the agent that captured the deal is there. I went back on the 19th and found somebody that pretended to help me he told me that he reversed the first transaction and captured the deal on an P8 on asking when they expect stock I was told betweeen the 21st to the 25th of March 2016 (I have no proof or conformation that he did what he said and can not get it as the store do not answer their phone anybody else just transfer you from pilar to post and back.<br> <br> My daughter is no longer exited about her new phone. And at Telkom nobody gives a s@@@@@@. This is now the 31st of March 2016 and still no comunication from the No.1 telecomunication company in the country<br>
