Nightmare

I have been experiencing so much problems with Telkom after years of being a loyal customer. I wanted to log a complaint and was advised to log a dispute, which I did. I want to follow up and speak to an agent but can't get hold of them and when I do a call back request no one calls me back after numerous attempts. I was even due for an upgrade today and also want to take a new contract out but I am planning on switching cause it's difficult to get hold of them.
