nightmare

I regret the day I phoned telkom for a purchase, now after cancelling whinin the cooling off period the sent me a statement that i owe the R197 there after debiting the money the sent another statement saying cancellation fee is oner R4000 rand, thats rediculous because the phone is worth that price, why should i pay for something that i dont have. I am gonna take this company to the ombads, they are reaping people off and they are not gonna see a cent from me, its their incompatency that i cancelled the contract.
